#26
I think I'm on or just over 7 gallons now...Starting to get a little slop in the rod/crankpin area, going to replace the rod first and hope that works...

But mmmmm I put that smelly stuff in my gallon and now when I open my engine it smells like cherries! muahaha

so im runnin the vspec between 220-230 with an 18 tooth clutch bell. should i keep it there or is 250-260 ok?

i normally run my motors around 250, but the vspec and the ninja rossi are my first high end mills and dont want to kill'em

as long as it has good smoke and good power temps dont matter; most vspecs ive seen like around 230

thats what i figured, but it never hurts to ask peeps that have first hand experience.

i cant wait to get this thing to the track, with a 14-16 tooth clutch bell of course. this thing is silly fast. but im almost wondering, if a small clutch tooth count is gonna make it to sqirrely cuz thats exactly what it is now.

Are you talking on road track or LH's offroad track? If offroad get a 13 or 14 tooth and you'll be good.
