I watched a GS CL-1 run down Sonny O in the "A" main untill they got into lap traffic. The GS buggy got taken out over the big jump and broke a steering rod. Car looked great!

That was Brian Kadow. No one took him out. I watched him crash. Nice guy, great driver, but he rarely finishes a race regardless of what he's driving. :confused:

And BTW, the ass end was loose on his buggy. It couldn't carry much speed into the turn at the end of the straight. The ass end also kicked out when getting on power going on to the back straight-I was marshalling there during the A.

It was not so much of a take out. The lappers were in front of him, he went wide to clear them over the big jump and just clipped one of the Mugen cars. I thought the car looked great a will shurley be one of the cars to beat.

No it wont be here because the vast majority have the cars they feel are the best and that is that. Nothing anyone does or says will change their minds.

I heard others talk about brian and his GS. The downside is. Even if he did pass,and even beat Sonny. The car would still get no respect from most people on here. Sad.....

Brian's car did look good, but alot of cars looked good. That's what happens when you have alot of traction and an easy layout. The layout for the Illinois State race will probably be a little harder. That should spread everybody out a little.

he made a BAD decision to jump the whole thing with me in front of him...
i heard he even made comments after HE hit me like it was my fault...what ever...i still apologized for any interference tho not my fault.

No doubt Slim, He could not afford to let Sonny get to far in front of him and went for the big jump with traffic in front of him. The bad thing that I saw come out of that was when it happened Al Richards turned and looked up at Slim laffing that he took out 2nd place, thats not cool. Brian was not upset at all he just did not want the leader to get to far ahead and went for it. He is a great guy and will be back for another race. :joy:

I wasn't there, but from what I've read, I wouldn't say slim "took out" second place...Not like Slim rammed him...

Slim did NOT take out 2nd place. 2Nd place went way wide to clear the big jump in the back and clipped Slim over the big jump. Brian NEVER said Slim took him out. (that is the dumbest thing ever) Brian kinda smiled when he came in the pits and new he should have just rolled the big jump and waited to get throu traffic. NO BIG DEAL!

When I talked to him. He didnt know who it was,or atleast he didnt say. All he said was that he got cought up in lap traffic,hit someone in the quads and it broke the steering link.

If anything,he was bummed because he was doing so well to have something like a rod end break.
