I've been sipping a BFC for the past few hours (since about 2am)...

My resting heart rate is 58 beats per minute...

I looked up what it should be, pretty much 65 to 100... Why with an energy drink is mine lower? Is this NOT good?

Im going to bet that you dont know how to count very well. (jk) You have to be in tip top shape to have a resting heart rate in that range best time to check your rhr is upon wakening.

Ponch you must be in tip top shape or almost dead......

I used an online stopwatch, two of them actually to confirm... Over 3 tests it went up by 2 bpm ONCE... Granted I was only counting for 30 seconds, then multiplying by two.
