Is it possible to partially bury the pipes so they outline the track instead of being obstacles? If a MT is getting hung up on a pipe it's too high IMO.

I would think that if the pipe was buried, it would make it easier for people to jump lanes while racing. And we all dont want that to happen.

Grass. I will seperate the lanes with grass. Please wait and see how I do it before you start complaining about it. You'll have to see track done to see how it will works. it's to hard to fix all the tubes Bruce knocks out of line.

Bernie we all have faith in you to give us the best facility in our backyard.
At least i wasnt complaining. The pipes are not there to stop trucks anyways they are there for lane seperation.

Hey bernie, I could come out and help saturday. What time?
I was planning on going to LH for some parts in the afternoon. It wouldn't be a big deal to come out earlier and help you guys with the track.

Bernie, I'm not complaining merely suggesting an area that needs improvement. Are you not open to suggestions from customers?
As Dirtdawg said, "The pipes are not there to stop trucks anyways they are there for lane seperation." My point exactly. If a tube is up so high that it stops a monster truck it's too damned high! And don't say, "well you shouldn't hit them" because I've seen all of you guys hit them. It's not realistic to think it won't happen.
A much more important point to consider: If the pipes are low enough so that when someone gets off track they can self marshall to get back on then there's less chance of a marshall being injured. Proper usage of pipes to "outline a track" is a safety issue as well. That's why I keep bringing it up. I've been hit by buggies while marshalling-it really hurts!

I'll go ahead and say it..... well, you shouldnt hit the pipes
With some of the drivers Ive seen, Im thankfull that the pipes were high enough to stop a M/T, and yet Ive still seen too many cross over into another lane and hit someone else head on
Ive even had it happen to me once, minding my own race, in my own lane, and all of the sudden there is a M/T jumping the pipe and coming right at me

Shit i'll say it to you shouldnt hit the tubes, and maybe somebody should talk to scott and take over the operation, since they are the authority on racing. Everybody knows Bernies tracks suck, he doesnt know what hes doing, we all hated his other layouts and ideas. Bernie you might as well give it up, you have no idea what your doing, you are a rookie.
