I have 1 pair of chassis' that are sold that I am waiting on the money for, as soon as I get the cash im going straight to which ever shop has them in stock. I have my own pro 2 build underway inspired by Stang Killa SS build on RCC but I figure that one of the tracks out there like maybe LHR would be adding a Slash clash. Would actually get me to pay to race if they added a Spec class with side by side start (land rush style) and did a lap race versus time. Maybe if enough people in the area buy one we can get them to do something, I hear that LHR is planning to use their indoor track for Electric this summer.

The off road track in Bristol is currently racing the Slash on their race nights. Winthrop Harbor's Harbor Hobby The Track is racing them too.

If I hadn't bought my E-Revo........there would be a Slash in my possession right now!

We hold parking lot races at the St. Charles HobbyTown, although for the Slash maybe setting up a class at Elburn Days race would be a neat idea......so long as we don't get rained out againRolleyes

Have the Dirt Dawgs thought about a class for these trucks yet?

That would be cool if they set something up for the Elburn Days race. How does one participate if you don't mind me asking?

For the Elburn Days race you just show up and sign in and enjoy the sites. With the car show going on there are plenty of lady folk to gaze at.

As far as the dirtdawgs thinking about a slash class, it has not been mentioned yet. But Should be very soon.

Nope, up front closer to Giordano's. We clock off a large portion of the parking lot for them.

Hey Joe... any chance they could throw down some sand/dirt or maybe move the track over to some dirt...parking lot is fine for street cars but the slash is ment for DIRT!!!

Elburn and one or two HTU/Dirt Dawg events are ther only off road ones we normally do Jeff. I think we'd have a huge attendance if we had an off-road course available though, there's just no place near the store to set one up and I'm surprised the new property owners let us do this much racing.

Hey Catfisher, did you ever make it over to the store on Saturday?

OK guys, I mentioned having a Slash only class at Elburn Days to Sharon today, I'd need to talk to Cory or Ken for additional conformation, but usually so long as we have atleast 5 vehicles show up for one class, we'll set the class up for it up!

I love spec classes. We are running the IGT onroad spec class. And I like the idea of the slash as a spec class. How about wed. night... Or Saturday night. Bring them out and get a class going.
