Radios??? What to buy... |

Well since I am going to be picking up an HPI MT2 18SS within the next month or so and it doesnt come with any radio equipment or servos, I was wondering what type of radio to get to go along with it.
Should I buy an AM or an FM?
I am running the stock AM setup in my Savage and I have had no problems with it, is it really worth stepping up to FM if your not really a racer and more of a backyard basher?

Does anyone know a good graphics guy? |

I've been fooling around with a header for the new styles. I like the way the site name changes colors and all, but the graphic on the left needs to go. I'm thinking of trying to do a graphicall rc car or truck and will change colors like that graphic that's already there.
Too bad I've never done any graphic work. Looks like I'm gonna need to get outside help on this one.
Anyone know of any graphic designers and whatnot?

Well Guys due to the fact that our Winter Challenge was a success we are going to do it one more time indoors. We have set up a race with Bernie.
Date: Saturday April 9th 2005
Time: 1:00 registration closes 1:30 racing starts
Where: Leisure Hours
Costs: $20 first class $10 each additional
We have added a class this time around, so the classes are as follows:
* 1/8th scale Pro Buggy (must have a .21 size engine and pretty much ROAR Legal)
* 1/8th scale Sportsman ( No engine size limitations)
* Unlimited MT
* Mt Sportsman
* Electric Open
* 1/10 scale sradium truck open
2 (5) minute qualifiers: 15 minute A Main, 10 MInute B main, 5 minute C and below mains
Bigger and more trophies this time around also:
1st-4th in A Mains for MT Unlimited, Mt Sportsman, 1/8th buggy pro
1st-3rd in A Main Electric, Stadium, 1/8th sportsman
1st-3rd in B Main 1/8th pro, 1/8th sportsman. Mt Sportsman, Unlimited MT
We are trying to organize another raffle not sure yet, but it will probably be 1 thing like a high end engine or a kit of some sort.
You can once again pre register with me here or email me at [email protected]
I will need full name and class and freq.
Also I will be out of town fron Thurs 3/10-monday 3/14 so if you dont get a response from me thats why.

What is the One Best Revo mod? |

This question got lost in the end of my thread looking for MT selection (except for one reply):
What is the One Best bang-for-the-buck mod you can make to the stock Revo?
Is it a OS 18 motor, aluminum arms, different diff lube weights, or tires, whatever?
Throw your opinions in here.
Thanks
DaveC
