both are good budget mills... i PERSONALLY havent owned either but i did eat , sleep and live r/c for the last 3 years and in my opinion i would give the axial the nod... They seem to be really good mills. The 427 is an SH based motor and those can be hit or miss.

ok thanks I have a rtr 8-t and my bro has a hyper st pro with the axial .28rr and I was hoping my mach would keep up with him. If he smokes me can you give me a idea what would be a good choice of engine I could get that would be faster or atleast keep up? or will the mach be fine to run.

it will be fine to run. He will probally smoke you though buggies have a bit less weight to get moving and smaller tires to acclerate

i have both motors, and i like the axial better. it holds a tune better and runs a higher rpm.

Lol, Setup is a big factor. Its not always motor. in fact unless there are like MASSIVE long jumps your engine won't matter as much indoors. Big Grin

I've seen the Mach .427 Haul some ass, don't sell it out.

Ive chased a .28 with my vspek and it pulled me pretty good the first 15-20ft out the corners then seemed to even up the rest of the straight. I want one.

Hmmm...Prolly. Since you'll be using the Losi Clutch, gotta use the Losi flywheel. Get a new collet though.
