ya what slim said. If were only doing 2, maybe 3 classes the day should fly by. I dont see why people would object to 3 rounds unless its gonna cost us day light. I like slims idea.

And I'm still all about 3 classes! Truggies, MTs, and buggies. Dale said that there's only going to be 2 classes. If so, can we have 3-5 min. quals, 20 min. B-mains and 45 min. A-mains?

only 2 classes if enough of mt's and umt dont show up. Hopefully theres a large supply of both. I think we should have big squid post this up on there websites homepage. Start getting the word out for a better pay out.

o ya, 45 minute a main. That would be awesome. 8 people per heat and i think we could pull it off and still get out earlier then last week. Leaving by 4 is not out of the question. Maybe even earlier if everything goes smoothly

Leaving by 4 would be ideal for me. I completely forgot that I have a engagement party to attend this sunday. I'll be there for as long as possible. Hopefully we'll be done before I gotta cut out.

for those wanting longer mains and more qualifiers it will have to be a wait and see thing I think.

Maybe Dale and or JOhn will chime in here, but remember the main purpose of the race is to get another day of raceing in...

I think they are going to run more cars per heat this race, I agree it will help speed the day up as well as provide more mandatory marshals...

I agree with DirtDawg'sRC, "the main purpose is to get another day of racing in..." So let's do just that! No 15min. teaser sprint races. A LOT can happen in a 30/45 min race.

If you guys want to race then why are so many always in such a big hurry to get done early. Hell, stay home and you can have the whole day. I come to race! And for me a race is at least 20 mins.

3 7 minute qualifiers, 30 minute A-mains, 20 Minute B-mains, 10 minute C and lower mains is a good idea. Mix the truggies and MT's together.

Im sure glad you guys have good ideas. everything will depend on numbers. we can only race till 5:30 or the sun is to low and you cant see the track so if there is a ton of people 2heats if we can get it in we will have 3. the mains at least 20min for the A. if time permits 30-45
all heats will have a minimum of 8 a max of 10. I hope this helps. We will just have to see how many people come out to race.....

I would gladly sacrifice a heat in order to have a 45 minute main. And for the mains i think we should have 8 people in it and a 2 person bump up for the lower mains. Lets just combine the mt and truggies and just have a huge payout. I think this will make for a lot more close racing and also a lot more fun for most of the people.

I like Mich's idea about 2-7min. qualfiers to insure 45 min A-Mains. And before the truggy guys cry about having to pit in a qual, think of this, you can easily make it up in a longer main with those technologically superior vehicles if the classes are run together.

Better yet, run them together but split the wins according to class (truggy or MT) after the race to determine the winner for each class. They did this at Nitrofarm and it was fair.

Thats good, cause I dont think everyone can go 7+ min on a tank

As it is, Im going to have to get a new battery, because mine doesnt last more then 20min
What do you guys with LSP's use for a battery?
I may have to make my own out of Energizer 2500mah AA's, cause I dont know if I can order something else in time.
