burce relax man, its not like its a forever rule.... 1 day ma man.
days are getting short and no time to have 12 classes a round. at the last race, wasnt there 12 classes? that took 2-2:30 a round. if you can get to down to 6 classes sunday, we should be able to start mains by 1 or 2 if there is 3 heats. let it play out and see if the split, i dont think there is a big diff in lap times anyway is there? dont wreck. pinch corners. drive smart. im sure they will do what is fair if you are grouped. relax yo and stare at joes avatar, i am.

I was staring at Joes avatar, and I think it was starting to hypnotize me, next thing I know it was 3 hours later.... Weird..

Nope no extended chassis.
Only difference from last time is: running 18/36 gearing loosened the slipper mugen carbon clutch shoes instead of AL mugen .9 springs for a earlier enguagment re-worked the linkage to open 100% Best believe I'll give you some comp...if I don't break again...This motor is too powerfull but I don't care....The motor runs flawless

right now im in the process of drilling, taping, and using set screws on all my pillow balls in the a-arms and set screwing the pillow ball retainers also. Just got a 2.6mm drill bit, 3mm tap and some 3 mm set screws today. Im looking over my truck over the weekend and i see that most of that stuff either came loose or backed out of the arms. Problem solved now tho.
10-18-2005, 07:02 PM
i hope so roc. I keep hearing how you were getting 40 second laps and were wiping the field but so far i havent seen that. I have no doubts you can drive like that but i didnt see it last time out. Hopefully this weekend will be different.

Rocco is always podium in MT. Unless he breaks. He usually qualifies around #1. (SMT)

Tex Wrote:Rocco is always podium in MT. Unless he breaks. He usually qualifies around #1. (SMT)Thanks Tex!!! Ryan, My fast lap last week was a 41 sec flat.... It wasnt my best ever but i think i had the 3rd fastest lap behind you and bob O. In the main when the computer problems popped up and they had us shut our rides down my tune got alll F*$#ed up after how cold it got when the sun went down so my engine just didnt want to fire untill there was only 2 mins left in the restart... So i guess i kinda showed out sorta ... I qualified 3rd behind you and Bob just couldnt finish when it counted

well thats not bad at all. I probly averaged that or higher so your just as fast, you just gotta show me that now. Im hoping to have some killer head to head racing this sunday. Im tired of all this get a lead and just drive by yourself to win. Ya you still win but its not as much fun as going head to head in a clean way.
And tune if you want you can follow me around the track early sunday and i can show you all the lines i take. Sorta help you by walking you through my lines. Who knows you might find yourself faster with my lines and come out ahead. You were sure giving bobbo a big run for his money.
10-18-2005, 07:37 PM
Yeah it was movin pretty good ... I think i need new panther pythons for it... They might help alittle. Trust me, a clean start and i would have been pressin ya !!!

I biggest problem at the last race was tires. I had no traction. I'm going to al's tommorrow to see what they got in stock .
Hopefully it rains on saturday a little. That track needs some water. lol mich. My line isn't my problem, it's maintaining that line! Seems easier to maintain a line when you're following. Plus a last minute pass for the win is super exciting . |
