The store will be opened later this week and the track will be opened up in Nov. We are still waiting on the contractors. Plus something went wrong with the brand new heater in there and they have to fix it now. Hopefully we will have pictures on here by Tuesday.

I stopped to look in the windows again today...are you sure you'll be open later THIS week? From the looks of things, it will be much longer than that.

A group of us stopped by Sunday afternoon on our way home from the Ihobby Expo and peeked in the windows  There was still alot of stuff on the floor in the store half and we hope the track will be open soon.

Somebody mentioned bringing the TC's in on a Wednesday sometime for some practice and/or racing.

Have you determined your schedule of racing yet? We race the 1/18th and Legends on Monday on the Oval and 1/18th, Legends and 1/12 Fridays on the road course and then the 1/10 pan and TC's on Tuesday on the Oval and 1/10, 1/12 and Mini Coopers on Saturday on the Road course up here at His and Hers in Kenosha.

We like to be able get out and race other places as well. We go up to Trackside in Milwaukee regularly and even Victory in Green Bay occasionally...... would be nice to make it down that way to race too if schedules work out well.

I thought leisure quit with the 1/18th indoor racing from lack of attendance?

It's November 3rd and no updates. Hopefully you can give us some info SOON. In the meantime, I'm going to check out His and Hers up in Kenosha. I did some forum searching and it sounds like they've got some good racing going on there.

I think I'm going to stop by the Harbor Hobby store again and snap a few pics. At least then people here can have some idea of the progress(or lack of).

if you go to H&H today they are running a big oval race not the on road layout. Tomorrow Sunday they go back to on road, and it's an all day practice.

Well, finally, after 4 months the Fasttrack CRC Carpet is in:joy: . The track is open for Practice beginning Monday, November 20, 2006. Finishing touches to the track and pit tables will take place this week. No Traction compound will be allowed for the first week and tires must be clean of it. This is too allow the glue to set as per CRC's advice. After that we will allow the traction compound to be used. If you would like to let us know what compound you prefer we will see what everyone is using and go from there. CRC recommends Jack the Griper. It is also the only traction compound allowed at S&N's Trackside.

The track will be open whenever the store is open except during races. The store hours are 12-7pm Mon-Friday, 11-6pm Saturday, Beginning Nov. 26th Sunday hours will be 1:00-5:00 pm

Plans are to begin our 1/18 scale series in the middle of December with 1/10th & 1/12th scale on road to start soon after that.

Our website should be up and running on Monday Nov. 20, 2006. http://www.Harbor-Hobby.net

We would like to thank everyone for their patience we know we are way behind schedule then what we had plan, but a lot of it was out of our control.

We are also posting this information on RCTech Forum.
