Do any of you guys bother strapping your tires to keep them from ballooning?
Ive never tried it before, so maybe I'll just leave them alone and glue'm up

OK, if you say so, I wont do it then...
LOL J/K
Seriously though, do you have experience strapping truggy tires?
Just wondering...
I wasnt set on doing it anyway, I just thought I see what others have to say on the subject.
Ive got them glue'n up now with no straps

I've tried it and it does help to some degree. I used the 2" wide 3M strapping tape. Thing is, after a short while, the tires seemed out of balance. So I baked them off of the rims and found that the tape had come loose from the tires even though I had cleaned them thoroughly. I don't bother any longer I use the nice GRP molded foams. Problem solved.
