Is a touch screen any more complicated to put it than just a regular radio? Also can you take the faceplate off like a regular after market radio?

it installs the same. Only difference is you got an extra wire for your parking brake which turns off the picture while your driving (its the law). I hooked mine up to a switch and did a little rewiring so I can watch movies on the go right now.

I know dual is bad. lol My buddy has two dual 12's that just sound like crap. I wouldn't consider them subs, more like just a noise maker.
Know anything about jensen? I was looking at this.

hey guys, I have a 99 chrysler sebring lxi. My stereo equip is giving me shit. I can't afford to take it anywhere, so if I could meet up with someone who can help, I'd greatly appreciate anyone willing to give me some of their time.

With my old stereo, the front speakers weren't getting any sound, but the speakers are fine. It was determined that the radio was the problem. I got my hands on a new radio, different model, and I can't even get it to turn on. I followed the wiring diagram.

Check your wiring harness plug thingy for any cracks and that all the individual plugs are not stretched/cracked etc...

they are all fine.
I think I'd rather build several differentials than do the wiring one more time.

Sometimes with factory radios there is a code or something and they will go into a security mode and not work when removed fron one car and put in another. You may need to contact a dealer with any info on the radio (number on the back?) to find out.

I would have to say dual makes a good radio. A lot of people have recommended it/run it and so far I say its ok. Havent had it long to give it the 2 year test but there radio's seem good.
