you don't need a foc and a wing to race, the stock revo will race fine...

10 is when the sign ups end and 10:30 is when they go racing. Its $15 to race.
The transponder is nothing. Just make sure that you put it back as soon as your race is done. Someone else might be using it.

You will just have to remember to not use reverse if you dont have the FOC in.

It's $15 to race 1 car. $10 each addidtion should you choose to run more than 1 class. Registration closes at 10am, racing at 10:30am.

They don't charge extra for the house transponders.
