So how does the droop look? Wheres Al and the other mugen drivers?

IMO its way too much droop, especially for indoors.
Here's something I wish I did when mine was new. Either grind down the droop screws so there in not that concave lip to the screw or screw button head screws in from the bottom of the arms. That damn lip on the set screws is there to help a set screw "bite in" and boy does it on them pretty aluminum chassis.

Moto I set my droop at 15.5mm front 17.5mm in the rear, didn't you read in the Mugen thread? Al gave the buggy set-up.

You gotta get that droop exact or you'll be launching off jumps weird and stuff.

+1!!! I had more droop on the right side than the left and it would jump lopsided, just use a ruler moto, it's not that hard.
Edit:How hard is it to find a ruler???

put your buggy on two wheels with no tires on them (one under each end) and measure from the table to the bottom of the hubs.
